    They are not customer focused. Did a support request - no answer. Stated the mixture between barbell and dumbbell with all the machine options, it doesn’t introduce dumbbells anymore, only barbell options. Limited capability!

    I do not feel comfortable in the gym. I really don’t know what I’m doing even though I’ve grown up semi involved in sports and would consider myself average in athleticism.
    
    This app is incredible. I don’t have to overthink what I’m doing, if I have questions the app has instructions and recommendations.
    
    Seriously, I think I like working out now…and I never thought I would.
