Easy and great app
I really like the workout and the app feels high quality. Videos and explanations are great. Having that said, they do not connect with the health app or any other app like my fitness pal. They also don’t respond to support messages.
I love the product and it’s helpful but high price. Almost great
So I’ve been using this app since 2021, and I absolutely love it, the only thing I don’t like, is the superset feature for the second 5 week block, supersets honestly aren’t very effective, and I wish there was some way to disable supersets or not have to use them in the second block of a program.
They tell you it’s a 10 day trial but will charge you before.
A very good app for all experience levels. As a beginner, it came with a 7-day trial that was very helpful for the workout plan, diet plan, etc. I would highly recommend for anyone.
Purchased the program for the life time deal and got a yearly deal. Canceling and looking for another program. Most are similar from research.
I absolutely love this app!
The app is amazing and so is the watch integration but the watch has some trouble keeping up with the app in the phone. When deload week arrives the weights suggested don’t match the one in the phone. Watch also don’t have the .5 weights so machines that go from 10 to 12.5 I have to put 12 not a big deal but just a bit annoying. Also I was used to the double beep from the phone when next exercise was ready, sometimes I don’t feel the vibrations from the watch.
Like the workout plan and it takes the thinking out of planning a workout or just guessing at it. Watch app needs some work though. The input for the Apple Watch is not easy to do. Should be able to use the dial to adjust weight and reps.
