    I’ve been using the Sweat app on and off for the last 5 years, and the programs only keep getting better!
    I’ve done yoga, bbg, power, power 2.0, pregnancy and postpartum programs, and there’s still so many I haven’t tried! If you’re like me and get sick of doing the same exercises over and over again, this app is the perfect place to mix things up!
    I also love the recipe/meal suggestions as I’m a vegetarian and it can sometimes be difficult to make sure I’m nourishing my body properly after exercise. It gives me great ideas to meal prep for myself and makes it that much easier to live a healthy lifestyle.
    For only $20 a month I can workout anywhere, anytime with just my phone and with or without equipment. I love that I can maintain my routine while traveling and cater my workouts based on how much time I have available.
    I’m seeing so much strength and progress physically, mentally, and emotionally since having my baby 18 months ago and can’t wait to see how much stronger I can become!! 
    10/10 recommend this app to everyone!!!
