  • Need to fix glitches in videos

    By Zaydoggy
I love this app and would give it 5 stars if everything was working right. Unfortunately the last three consecutive times I’ve started a new challenge the video freezes with audio still going and I can’t complete challenge without completing first workout which is frustrating as I usually love this app. I know it’s not an internet issue as all my other apps work fine in the same location and so did this app at first. If someone could fixes these video glitches I’d go back to using it everyday.
  • Love the app, but could I just use it, please?

    By MelisaMae
I love the app, and all that it has going for it. That’s truly why I keep using it. Having to agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy every time I open the app is really annoying, though. Unless you’re updating your policies multiple times daily, there’s no reason to have to agree to them every time I open the app. Once yearly, or when the policies are updated, should be plenty.
  • What next?

I was so excited to have a guide to yoga. I’ve been playing around with YouTube yoga but I don’t know where to start and how to progress. In the app I did great with the beginner intro lessons because it popped up in my feed and you just go in order, great! They were 10m which was manageable and I felt like I was learning and progressing. Well a week later those are done and either 5m sections (they clearly just snipped out part of a full length session) or 30m ones pop up in my feed, nothing in between. I tried a 5m one and felt like I didn’t do anything so the next time I tried a 30m one and oh my goodness, the ramp up from beginner to that was ridiculous. I couldn’t even get through it. At one point I was supposed to stand on one leg with my other leg out behind me and my arms out in front of me. What?! I was really really hoping for something that would just tell me what’s next as a beginner. I don’t know that this app is for beginners at all.
**edit**The workout collections were a big help especially the easier ones to start with. Maybe some day I can do the harder stuff but I’ll still with the easy stuff for now
  • Not for yoga newbies

    By BringBackTheCars
I bought this app because I thought it would allow me to explore yoga without the embarrassment and inconvenience of going to a studio. I was wrong. If you’ve never done yoga, this is not the way to learn. First workout was Foundations of Vinyasa. The instructor “Danni” I think, talks fast that I can’t keep up with what he’s instructing me to do. Nor can you really tell from the video what he’s doing because the camera is so far away!
If you’re experienced with yoga this app may be good. But if you’ve never done it, I’d look elsewhere.
  • Can’t cancel

    By Common folk
Conveniently neglect to place a CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION option on their account page. Numerous efforts to contact anyone are to no avail. Do not purchase. They don’t want to help you and won’t ever answer your contact efforts.
  • Unethical

    By 43bxy
This company has poor business practices. You don’t know that they have renewed your subscription until they have taken money out of your account. There is no renewal notice that is sent. And they refuse to give refunds. Unethical.
  • Clunky App

    By AVan10000
The app is too clunky to make the workouts actually enjoyable. I can't get through a single workout without the app freezing at least once. Even with fairly limited selections, I enjoy the workouts, but the app needs attention.
  • Promising but needs more!

    By MsAhhchyu
Overall, I enjoy my workouts on Asana! I find most to be challenging and interesting. I find the app to be clunky — awkward to explore around, freezes frequently when I try to cast to my TV. I wish there was some indication to know whether I had previously completed the workout without having to separately review my history. It would be great to see more HIIT/cardio intensive yoga and even incorporate light weights as options. I don’t see myself using this for much longer unless I see more workouts being added on a regular basis with more variation!
  • Complete disappointment

    By J_L_G_22
Be warned that they will not refund any auto-renewals. Horrible customer service — just looking to make money from people who don’t use their terrible app.
  • Slow down a bit.

    By Meredith13
I’ve just started my membership and am so glad to see that there are videos to teach me, a beginner, the basic yoga poses. I’ve enjoyed those instructions but would ask that they SLOW DOWN the instructions. The instructions are so so very fast that I hardly have time to understand the instruction and do it it may self before the video has moved on to the next step. If there were an option with a slower more simplified beginner video I would be so excited!
