Loving it so far :) I have joint issues. I had been waiting for an app like this for so long. So I can work out at home without having to hurt myself or embarrass myself in the gym. The workouts are perfectly reasonable difficulty and time wise and can also be adjusted based on the level. Thank you, team of Stretchit!
Have to pay to use! Nope You get 7 days that’s it.
I deleted 3 days before my free trial was up, and I was still charged.
Can it please be a app for Apple Watch and be attached to Apple health!
I love this app and subscription! I have really bad hip and back pain. This is the only app I’ve found that is both easy to follow and works wonders. I haven’t done many other programs other than the ones specific towards hip and back stretching, though I fully plan to given the results I’ve had so far. In addition, I recently had an issue and had to reach out to the customer service team. They were phenomenal and resolved my issue immediately and were beyond friendly. It was a joy to chat with them and makes me further appreciate this app. I will be recommending them to any that ask or need from here on out. So happy to have found STRETCHIT!
Almost call classes have to be paid weekly or monthly. Ads talk about it being free
Make sure you take a screenshot as soon as you cancel and get ready to fight them about it. What a pain.
This app thinks of everything! The stretches are easy to follow for beginners, intermediate, and advanced and I love that all of the videos just get straight into the stretching. No “hi welcome to whatever” it’s just down to business. I love that. Doesn’t waste any time. There’s a stretch for any body part you want to work on and they’re always adding something new. You definitely get your money’s worth which is saying a lot since I don’t spend my money on a lot of things
I really like this app. It’s basically yoga without the fluff which is perfect for me. I think it needs more stretches for folks with bursitis of the hip (anterior/posterior), mild Ehlers-Danlos, patella slippage, things like that. The recovery stretching sessions are frequently the same across programs which is kind of boring. In general, though, a good app!
I am about to turn 50 and severely overweight- started to eat right and this is my first real effort in working out as my flexibility and balance have been terrible and heavy workouts just discourage me since I am so out of shape. These are challenging but doable. And I can go at a pace with modifications I need. Only a week in and I am already seeing a difference in my flexibility and endurance. Feeling encouraged!
