I canceled my membership in July and I’ve STILL been getting billed monthly. The date is currently 10/16/21…. I’ve sent emails, uninstalled the app and her I am months later STILL getting billed for a subscription I canceled.
When I first used the app years ago the call displayed who was calling and if I didn’t have the caller saved to my contacts then I would at least see the number that’s calling. Every time I receive call the only thing that displays on the screen is “Smartline” . The only time I can see who’s calling is when the call ends. This is very inconvenient. If they can’t do a major update on the app I’m afraid I can’t recommend this to nobody
Having an issue with my text messages being sent , it has been happening more times then not. Also, calls have been sent to voicemail for no reason. I am unable to reach anyone at customer service to resolve the matter. I use this line for work, and it has become a big inconvenience, meanwhile I am paying 10$ a month.
Technical difficulties happen often. Lotta times your text messages failed to go through. Current situation being with AT&T customers. Video needs to get fixed. You cannot except videos from clients unless you save the video. Even when you save the video it’s very bad quality. other than these issues, the concept and the ease of the product is great. Hopefully they come up with the search option soon so that you can search keywords in a text.
I liked it when I first started using it, but I use it for my small business and in the last nine months it has had outrages for days at a time at least four times. I am going to stop using it. Having days when no clients can reach you is terrible for business.
Can't trust the app of the texts don't end up being sent. Calls appear to work fine, but I can't rely on this app for my business.
There is a delay in being able to answer a call. The calls also don’t show which number they are coming from. Texts come in late or with no notification. It also lacks a feature to store business contacts separately and not give the app access to my contacts. Update: my text messages are now not going through.
This is really tough to write because for about a year and a half, this has been an absolutely awesome value add to my business. It did what it was supposed to: incoming/outgoing texts and phone calls. Voicemail, business hours, really smooth interface. It was great!cit occasionally had glitches and outages when the service wouldn’t work, but they seemed to overcome those issues within 24 hours. Fast forward to 2021 and the problems arose. Mainly outages. We’re talking 2/3 outages a month where you either can’t make incoming/outgoing calls or texts! Like, long outages too! It’s really bad, and has negatively impacted business operations. I’m pay to use this app, and then lose revenue because your business customers can’t reach you? No thanks. Switching to e-sim in iPhone and calling it a day. So unfortunate too because I can’t transport my number. Yet, it’s worth it to not have to deal with the repeated and prolonged service outages. UPDATE: still horrible
This is a great app, but I wish there is a laptop that syncs all my contacts and messages so I can text or call from my laptop as well.
Really need to be able to have your business name attached to call so that customers know it’s the business calling them and the app needs an option for multiple business lines.
