HS Team App

I don’t know what happened to this app, but it is trash now! I can’t even login to see my schedule. I have to use my laptop in order to view it. Please fix it ASAP!

i downloaded it, and tried logging in, it said the credentials are not eligible for the app. with global profile, said the same thing.

Can’t use the app without iOS 13 because I have a iPhone 6!

I didn’t mean to download this app. Can I please get reimbursed for the purchase? Thank you

I think it’s weird that when I launch the webclock and click view my hours nothing comes up anymore. I like to keep track of the hours I work. I think it’s weird there’s so many things you can do on the app but viewing your own hours isn’t one of them.

Is this app only for Chick-fil-A or other companies can use it as well? I used to work at Chick-fil-A and this is what we used but at my new job the scheduling app is not so great. I’m planning to suggest hot schedules if it’s possible for them to use it.

I like the layout and it is useful but it is no good to me when it doesn’t load. This happens all the time and it isn’t only me but also everyone I work with. We’re constantly saying how hot schedules never loads. I even try using the website and it doesn’t load either lots of times.

I have paid for the app used for 4 months and now it said this HotSchedules store is no longer active?

Pretty glitchy. Have to restart the app 8 times to get anything to load. Messages don’t send, requests don’t go through. Keep getting parsing issues in the code it seems to run the application. When it does work it’s pretty neat :) just need some quality control.

it just keeps getting worse and worse, i’ve been trying to get into the app for 30 minutes and it’s still not loading. I can’t see my schedule for work. This is the apps only job, show my work schedule. It’s a glorified calendar. Please fix this stupid app.
