This app is designed to protect you right at the specified time no 10 -15mins after the processing time of the futures are very late and do not work properly the future VPN is bad very bad does not have an account to pay for low quality service like this. It is one of the biggest reason that I will stop paying for this unnecessary service as I have titled it at the beginning ("unnecessary expense").
This system use up to much of my dater i just updated my iOS 15.09 and I can’t afford to buy more dater with my high phone bill. I no longer can update my phone anymore!!!! I don’t work am 65years of age and on disability and that check does go very for now days paying bills,medical bill, buying foods and etc.
I have the Unlimited Elite plan, which includes all of the Plus features in this app. Apple wants to charge me $3.99/mo for something I already pay for! This is unacceptable. I’ve called ATT 4 times, they say it’s resolved, yet I only have Basic features. Apple is no help, they say it’s ATT.
It drains phone battery in the background.
I did the update a few days ago. Why is it still saying I need an update? They are automatic.
Even on my home network that is secure, pages take so long to load!! Thinking of disabling this app…like the security but this slows things down, unlike other VPN I have used.
This app is awful. I’ve had it for over a year and it is let countless numbers come through without blocking them. I’ve gone back afterwards and reported them but yet the same number keeps coming through. It’s useless. I’ve had it with this company. The bad thing is my wife retired from AT&T with 34 years. I hate to do it but enough is enough. Goodbye.
So easy to use and it keeps me updated at all times I would recommend anyone to use this app anytime. Great work
ATT loves being second best! Second best in network availability, second best in customer service, second Best ( they lock phones purchased thru their stores; Verizon only sells unlocked phones!) the list of second bests for this pathetic company includes this pathetic attempt to sell the customer a product which ATT (Cingular, I.e Southwestern Bell and whatever they will call themselves next week ) we’re mandated to provide. Steer clear.
