    Other than the RP app not having as big a database as MyFitnessPal (although I’m sure they will in time) I really don’t have any complaints with RP. I love how customizable the app is as well.

    Poorly designed, overly cumbersome app. Too time consuming to use…… you’ll end up spending at least an hour or more every day just inputting meal info. Who has time for that? Added, the app doesn’t synch with itself if you have it on separate platforms (iPhone and iPad). So anything you do on the iPhone app doesn’t transfers over to the iPad app. It’s retarded. Too bad because the dietary concepts sound good and reasonable. But the execution by this app is horrendous. I’m taking the ideas and dieting on my own, and quitting this app-driven program. RP should fire it’s IT department or the website development firm that developed this app. In a word: AWFUL.

    I tried the templates a year ago and didn’t stick with it. This app makes it way easier to figure out how much I can have out of each food choice to better meet my macros. I have lost 16 pounds in two months, while still feeling strong in the gym everyday. I have almost reached my goal and plan to make a new goal after that! The only thing I wish it had, was the option to scan the food I am eating to match my macros even more. Way worth it!!!

    I first started using the RP Diet app in December 2021 and successfully lost over 30 pounds in 3 months. Prior to my transformation, I was always the type of person that worked out hard, but never paid attention to my macros or tracked calories. This year I gave diet and nutrition top priority and boy was I lucky to have RP help make the process easier than I anticipated. I ended up winning the 2022 transformation challenge during the process! 
    
     The key to any successful diet if you want to lose weight is to create a caloric deficit. Since I’m not a numbers guy nor do I have a degree in nutrition, I felt it was in my best interest to diet using the RP diet app to help take the brainwork out of my meal planning/tracking macros and do my homework and watch all the content RP puts out on YouTube to understand how to properly lose weight. I completely transformed my body composition by sticking to and eating what the RP diet app told me to without even having to hit the gym as hard as I used to. Every week I meal prepped, measured/weighed my food, packed my meals, and ate food that I liked because I made it myself. Due to the consistent meal planning and high levels of non-exercise activity, I experienced a significant amount of fat loss in the first few weeks, until I was finally able to see abs halfway into my cut phase. It might sound like an exaggeration, but the day I saw my abs is when it felt like I entered a cheat code into my nutrition and fitness by using the RP diet app. 
    
    I was also able to appreciate the science behind the fat loss process through Dr.Mike’s RP videos on YouTube. Nick and Lori Shaw also host the RP podcast that’s fun to follow along while dieting because they dive into topics relevant to nutrition and overall health, while giving tips and sharing relatable struggles they face while dieting. You’ll never feel alone while dieting with RP. Their Facebook and Instagram community is also fun, supportive, and helpful!
    
    There is hardly any area that RP hasn’t touched with respect to helping people transform their bodies and minds for the better. They put out cookbooks, diet books, YouTube videos, podcasts, transformation challenges, workout templates, 1 on 1 coaching… and finally this RP Diet app, which is a nutrition coach in your pocket!
    
    It’s a great time to be alive thanks to RP. If they transformed my mind and body, I know they can do the same for anybody else that wants to transform theirs. 12/10 highly recommend this app and this company!

    Kind of weird that your sleep schedule HAS to be during “normal” sleeping hours. Guess night shift is left out to dry. I trust this brand and I’m sure it’s a good app otherwise.

    I love the concept but it is so difficult to use. Half of the barcodes I scan are incorrect and it’s not loading the macros I’m inputting.
