    User experience = 0. I downloaded the app and found it initially to be fairly easy to use, if somewhat buggy re. the barcode reader. At first the extent of the ads were more off-putting than I have experienced elsewhere, but then one came up that not only played loud obnoxious music but it also took over the screen and prevented me from using the app any further - or so it seemed. As I was writing this review the ad must have timed out and I could get to the app content once again. I’d almost deleted the app during the experience, and still likely will. I have no problem with most free apps that rely on ads to cover the cost, but there is a limit to my tolerance for them. The experience pretty much justifies for me the cost of another app rather than this one - ads or no ads.
  • Won’t let me sign in

    I haven’t use this app in a little while & I wanted to start to using it but I forgot my password and it will not let me click on the forgot password option to make a new one and only wants me to sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple. I want my activity to be private, I do not want to sign in with those I want to sign in on my own. Please fix this.

  • Keeps Me On The Right Track

    I’ve used other Keto apps, but not for very long. 
    Why?  Because I keep coming back to this one!
    It’s easy to use and keeps me accountable for my daily goals as well as long term goals. 
    I find I do need to use a kitchen scale to convert from imperial to metric measurements but that is just another way to keep me accountable for my actual serving size. 
    I like that even on the free app feature that I can create and keep my own personal recipes as well as browse through the app recipes for new ideas. 
    Lastly, this is my second go at keto. Using this app I lost 30 lbs (my personal goal) and thought I could keep it off without using the app. Well, I’m back and now need to refocus on losing the 18 lbs I gained back over the past year.
