    Requires email verification to sign up, but doesn’t send a verification link. Do they even want us to use their app? Hope my building stops using this, and would encourage all other properties to find another solution.

    My management company can’t get the right community codes. Support number has been disconnected. Worthless headache of spam that’s not meant for me.

    I signed up on a desktop with my Facebook account. The app does not offer the option to sign in via Facebook, and there is no ability to reset your password (you’ll get an access denied message).

    This is a terrible low end app with limited functionality and doesn’t even work well on the iPhone X. Not worth the space it takes on my screen.
