I love that it keeps me accountable about the meals that I eat. Although I wish they had more variety choices to select when you input the kind of meal you’re having but otherwise great. I keep track of everything from food, to water intake, exercising and tracking weight. Plus it has some really amazing tips and tricks, along with healthy but delicious meals to make. I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far and have lost 9 pounds so far being on this intermittent fasting program. I do the 16:8 but have reduced my snacking and eating to essentially one meal a day. It’s been amazing. Everyone should consult your doctor before trying it, but I’ve never felt more energetic and happy since being on this program. Also finding myself close to God everyday as well. It’s been a whirlwind and I can’t wait to see my results after a year! 🏆💪🏼🙏🏻😊
I purchased a trial for $1 just so I can see what it was all about. Well all of a sudden I get charged for the freaking app. I did not want to purchase it I just wanted to try it. I have sent 3 emails explaining this and have got no return. WTH …. I am sure it is a good app for people who have time to track their meals, exercise blah blah but I am not that person. I am waaay to busy for that.

Logging food can be tricky. Little things like rutabaga, jicama, aren’t found. Venison gives only a cooked steak or meatloaf?
I love the non-judging of the app, and how if I forget to log a meal the app copes with me. It keeps me remembering to stay hydrated and reminds about my fasting times.
Appreciate how this app takes the guess work out of intermittent fasting. I can learn and track all in one place.
Was akes by Simple if I an enjoying the program. i literally just signed up and pit in my info. O far so good. Can’t really give a high rating yet because it is my first day , actually my first hour. Will have to see in a week.
I was pretty skeptical that this would work, but I’m also not into programs that limit what you can eat. For the first time in about 12 years I’m finally under 200 lbs and I did it eating all the foods I like and even having a glass of wine with dinner. The results aren’t super speedy, but they’re steady. I have about another 35 lbs to go do we’ll see if I make it. At this point I’m pretty confident that I will.
