    i joined ladder in december of last year. i have been in the gym consistently for a year and doing different programs and working with different trainers. i kept seeing ladder on my tiktok ads and i’m like nah i don’t want to join. then i saw Sarah a lot of my explore page on instagram and i love her body shape! when i joined ladder and did my first workout i was wore out but thought to myself this is something i have been looking for. a new program to push me. i love that she coaches you the whole time in my ear and can still listen to music at the same time. there is a timer and that helps a lot so i am not resting forEVER !! this app is great and very helpful. if there are any tech issues ladder tries their best to get on it right then and there. i am happy i found this app and that it found me ! team ICONIC ☺️

    I am a busy mom who doesn’t always make it to the gym. Even once I’m there, I lack direction and motivation. I thrive in a setting where I’m guided, coached and encouraged. I get all of that, plus an amazing workout in the comfort of my own home! I love that the app is linked with Spotify so you can listen to music in the background, it really helps keep me pumped up for the 35-45 minute workouts. I appreciate the diverse workout selection and all of the trainers!

    I used to go to F45 classes. My friend Traci Mottweiler showed me this app! Wow! Way better than the F45 workout. I love how every exercise is explained and the warm up before and cool down after.  I love the Pilates especially. Thank you!

    Ladder and their coaches have been what’s kept me on track all of January. The encouragement not only through the coaches but the team chats are phenomenal. I’m headed into my 4th week on reset with team Iconic and coach Sarah and I wake up each day excited to get to my workout.

    I have been using for the past two weeks, and I absolutely love it! It’s fun and simply to use, plus very innovative! They have wide variety of programs to choose from!  It helps you to stay motivated and you definitely see progress.

    This is by far the best workout app I’ve tried. I kept seeing on my TikTok fyp and decided to join Courteney’s EMPWR team about a month ago. I love having workouts planned for me each week and you can tell she takes so much time and thought in the programming and truly cares about the team members.  The team chat feature is awesome to connect with the Coach and other team members.  I look forward to seeing the preview Sunday evenings to find out what the week will look like workout wise!! Highly recommend this app if you get bored working out or if you have trouble planning what workouts to do etc.  Takes the guesswork out of it! So excited I found Ladder!!

    This is my favorite fitness app ever.   I love the “in ear training”, the quality of the videos, and the ease of using the app.  I also really like the team chat with others who using the same program and the notepad they’ve introduced to keep track of reps, weights if you want.   I’ve been working with the EMPWR team with Coach Courteney and I really can’t say enough about these workouts.    She uses a variety of different methods of fitness ie strength training, conditioning, and Pilates.   Her cues are incredibly helpful and are the perfect amount, and she’s a great motivator.   As a bonus, she makes workout playlists to accompany the workout if you want that are great!

    The best workout app ever! You can do the workout at home or at the gym. I am on team Movewell with coach Nicole who is a marathon runner so all the exercises are great for runners! One workout a week is even a guided run, which I love. I also love the structure of the workouts and how easy the app is to use. For the price, this is by far the best workout app!!

    I’ve been really into fitness for years but was starting to struggle with making new workout routines every 6-8 weeks. I also was spending a lot of time trying to figure out the correct balance between lifting, cardio, and flexibility. I kept saying to myself “I just want someone to tell me what to do without going to the gym to workout with a trainer and without having all my lifts be “class based” (ie. Peloton style). Then I tried Ladder after a recommendation I saw online. After my first workout I was hooked…it was exactly what I was looking for and not overly expensive. Some other alternatives are $150 or more per month. Give Ladder a try…I know you’ll love it!

    Hands down the best workout app I have used. I have tried all different types of apps. This is as close to a personal trainer you can have for working out. I have had trainers in the past but with two kids it’s hard to make it to them daily. With this app I have the opportunity to workout when I can and get pushed by the trainers and others working out in the app. Can’t wait to see the results after a year. Been a member for over a month now.
