    It’s frustrating to be a user of Dropbox …rather than a paying user…and get messages I’m Running out of space.  I do not post to Dropbox, I only read what’s out there.

    I subscribed Dropbox on App Store and somehow I cannot find anywhere to cancel it…(either thru setting, or App Store, or the app itself). Horrible experience

    Someone in a FB group shares a link to a PDF on DB. An option to open the app appears as Get the App. I have app, but there is no option to open that. But there’s a message stating that if I tap the Get the App message the app will open—with the shared content. I tap that. Instead it goes to DB in the App Store with an Open button. Pressing that opens the app showing my DB space but no shared content. I end up having to use the website option to view the PDF. Been like this for at least a couple of years.

    The fields to enter email and password are there but no keyboard is displayed when touched.

    I receive “no internet connection” error on my phone all of the time. I can not view any of ny files with my phone is 100% online.

    Trying to get help is impossible.    I upgraded paid 11.99 so it can keep saying I have basic and need to upgrade.  I checked it is the correct email and acct.  I’m so disgusted

    Unfortunately, they made an update and photos no longer upload in order nor can you select photos in groups (have to do one by one). Cancelled my service and moved to Google files.
