    This app constantly logs you out then fails to recognize your log in information.   Turn off the phone the turn it back on…uninstall then reinstall…annoying

    I had been paying for Weight Watchers app for many months and finally decided to go to meetings. That’s where the power is is when I can go to our meeting and be with folks like myself and triumph when you have your wins and when you don’t… It’s all good! The app helps me find foods that I can enjoy and say yeah!!
  • Nice App, Until You Need to Cancel

    I've used the Weight Watchers app multiple times in the past and have had great experiences. I've never had a problem cancelling before either. I understand wanting to keep subscribers but please make your cancellation process clearer. I was still charged after I thought I had cancelled. Turns out you have to call to cancel now. It was so hard to find any information on this. The experience left me so frustrated and not interested in ever returning.

    App seems very unstable.  Almost every time I try to make an entry I receive a message that “something is wrong.  Check connection and try again”. There’s nothing wrong with the connection.  Can’t figure out why I keep getting this message.

    I really love the convenience of the WW App on my phone. It helps while grocery shopping and is so convenient in planning meals while riding in the car.
  • New Program is Restrictive and Unstructured

    Calories to Point equal ratio feels off. 
    Ex:
    Watermelon can be 0 points for unlimited or 2 points 1 cup. (Tip of iceberg)
    It’s hard to see this new WW as a lifestyle with the ever changing daily points and weeklies. The limited database makes enjoying eating out frustrating.
     The barcode scanner has member inputs which are wrong 80% time.
    The water Tracker and Veg tracker can not be turned off for adding points.
    Three different ways to do one thing that do not work. 
    The annoying blue sign… why!!

    2 fatal flaws: peloton workouts/activity is not working, and also I can’t share a meal or food directly with my wife. Why isn’t there a share button on everything?
  • Make tracking at restaurants easier

    I love the app, but that that when I am dining out I have to keep going back to the beginning and search for the restaurant again for each item I want to track.  You should be able to click on multiple items and then click “track”.
  • Doesn’t record tracking

    Problem solvedPast few weeks all tracking entries are jumbled. Every time I enter a meal the last few weeks are recalculated and eliminating my entries. It shows mega points added in place of what I submitted. I placed 3 calls to live coaching with no helpful solution. I reinstalled app 3 times but same problem. Now I’m told to call WW 800 number.
