    I’ve been making a lot of use of the app because it has lots of resources; aside from allowing you to log your food, water, activity and weight, it also offers great recipes and ideas based on what you want to eat and it gives you the point value.

    I started up again as I changed my diabetes medication and they said I had to commit to a diabetes management program as well. When researching I found out you had launched the diabetes portion. Finally. Initially I had a few misgivings as some of my free foods seemed off (like avocados-something that high carb so free?). You corrected it rather quickly. What I’m using now is Parton the expression TOTALLY ON POINT.   My only thing I’d like is for each meal would be a running carb counter. As you add the food for your meal in the portions you use the carbs are in the nutritional info. I DEPEND on this. I hand add this and enter this in my insulin calculating system to determine my medication. 
    My results. 
    My A1C has been normal for the first time in 20 years. And I’m down >25#. I’ll be 4 months Sunday.

    I love that I can scan the food and I know the points. Also I love being able to look up restaurant foods to be able to see how much it will cost me in points.
