  • Excellent App!

    I’ve tried about $80 worth of apps for weight loss, but it wasn’t made for long distance runners. It left me in to low of a calorie deficit, leaving me without enough energy to pull the miles. I have to say, first time using this app was EXCELLENT.  The app didn’t over exert me at day 1. It is definitely made for runners! Plus the music was great, and matched my tempo! Glad to have given the app a try. However, I do wish it would of gave me a free trial first. Money was not wasted though.
  • Blind Pay Wall and $40+ per month

    I found the app interesting and wanted to compare a few options.  After going through the initial set up, they put you at a $6.99/9.99/14.99 per week pay wall without ANY explanation of what the costs are for, or even a tutorial of the app.

    It was really fun and I got to run really fast I didn’t care I really loved it I wanted to run every day but last day of school so pretty much don’t care and I’m Hot girl summer and I don’t so yeah or summer I’m really excited for a hot girl Summer really skinny really skinny I’ll show you a picture really pretty really really really pretty how do you have a four pack right now.
  • Errors that mess up your run.

    I have used this app off and on for years with great results; however over the last 6 months when I use this app it does not always alert you of interval changes so you will be running or walking longer than necessary which messes up the whole system. At first I thought it was my Apple Watch as its old but my phone is not and it is still erroring. I have also checked settings to no avail. Please fix.
  • Running after Covid

    Best app so far but:  graduated increases don’t take into account not having kept pace with frequency of workout or lack of success in previous runs leading to not being ready for next increase.   And coach voices are so mechanical that it’s hard to take them seriously.

  • Not impressed

    Only done 2 weeks and so far pretty disappointed. I’ve done other running programs but wanted to mix it up. So far I’ve done the same workout every time, 3min run, 2min walk for 30min. Boring! And every workout is bookended with a 5 min cool down, so why does my last session end with walking 2min then go to 5 min cool down?? The last session should take the intensity up!  Not impressed.

  • Needs improvement for Watch users

    It’s really frustrating trying to use this app on a watch. I’m trying to start the second day of a workout and it’s not automatically loading for the second day. You can manually scroll to a different workout on the app on your watch either. It’s super annoying because I can’t run with my phone.
  • Helpful app, few concerns

    I used this app earlier, overall I like this app. However, this app has a few disappointing bugs; 1. when I try to pause the workout ( for example I am waiting to cross the road), it immediately resumes the workout. So the workout never pauses even for a minute. 2. When I complete the workout, it doesn’t show the summary of my run. Instead I have to explicitly stop the workout to see my workout summary. 
    I used this app back in 2018, I never encountered such issues. Fix these annoying bugs; looking forward to using it with an updated patch release.
