    List of suggestions did the trick!  Restarted and its working again. Thank you! Love this app. But stopped tracking my sleep 3 days ago. No idea why. Going thru the list of suggestions when this happens. No luck so far. Hope you can fix it. Thank you.

    Everything was good till 3 or 4 days ago. Suddenly stopped tracking all sleep. I have checked all permissions, verified all connections, and reset the app, phone and watch. I also noticed the app suddenly got very inaccurate as well. I am having to manually sync on my watch everyday now, this was not a problem previously. No, I didn’t change any settings, this is on your end. Also, once data is manually synced I am no longer allowed to reanalyze any data. Keeps giving me insufficient data notice. Wrist detection for sleep sessions is turned on as well. Literally this just started 3 or 4 nights ago, so this is on your end. I am becoming very frustrated with this app as I use it for health purposes. Please fix your issue as soon as possible.

    With the latest version (v4.6), it now requires microphone access during use. This is a deal killer...you are not accessing my microphone when I sleep. Please fix or it's goodbye.
  • Didn’t track full night

    I’m trying the app. On my third night, I went to bed about 9:30, was exhausted. Pillow said I didn’t fall asleep until after midnight. It makes me question the accuracy of the app
  • The best sleep app

    I have had issues with my sleep and have used a huge plethora of other sleep app I can say the Pillow is the strongest. It has really tuned into what I need for my individual sleep pattern as opposed to trying to make me conform to some perceived idea of what the “right” amount of sleep is. 
    My one piece of constructive feedback would be to be able to start my alarm/sleep tracking while also having a sleep meditation going. Right now after I begin and then end a sleep meditation I have to then turn on my sleep tracking sometimes ruining that trance/relaxation I had established. I’d rather tell it the time I wanted to wake up at and then have options to see if I wanted a sleep meditation that I can play without interrupting my alarm setup and recording.

    I used it for two nights and it didn’t track my sleep at all, even though I set it to manual and automatic sleep detection and even wore my watch to bed. It’s the most useless sleep app ever.

    I’ve been using this app for years and it’s had its ups and downs but mostly ups.  I would have rated it 5 star.  But recently I updated the app and now it forces me to allow it to access my microphone.  That I’m unwilling to do so I can no longer use the app.  I take my privacy serious.
  • Lack of response from development team

    Lacks basic functions that gives Americans and accurate time to go to sleep if your live the states that follow day light savings time. This also applies to people who travel internationally or even between time zones from state to state. How can you trust the recommended optimal sleep time features if it does adjust for these essential parameters. Not asking for app to help me fight jet lag but a simple button you can hit 2x a year to adjust for DST. The problem the app was designed for Europeans that don’t have day light savings time. If problems are not fixed soon plan on reaching out to Apple about pushing apps that do not work in the USA. Another button tied into your phones gps position to let you know your in a new title to ame zone so therefore adjust the algorithm accordingly. Sick of getting notes our team is looking and we will get back to you. Reviews seem that they have been telling people for months the same response. App also picks up naps maybe 50% of time. I you have serious sleep problems do not use the app. App has potential. I wish they would take a break from trying to add new features but rather perfect the basics of how a premium priced sleep tracker should work. Irene if she is not a bot seems very nice who’s hands are tied. I hope they can update their act together.

    Im a legacy customer but, Im done with this app and the brain that responds to feedback. I spend my time trying to help you by leaving feedback on the update and you leave me this lame excuse !!, that my watch and this app are misconfigured. Im so sick of reading this lame excuse. Its mot my watch its this garbage app that after some 4 years and multiple iterations you still cant make work. Its funny how with each iterations its always everybody’s watch thats misconfigured never this garbage app. Don't you find that a bit interesting 🤔 I guess were all dumb and the devs are all smart. Ill tell you what since Im so dumb and my watch is misconfigured how about you can go pound sand and ill take my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if the rest of the dumb people follow since Im sure there watches are misconfigured to !!!

    Fit bit is better. Pillow not accurate. Have 3 sleep monitors. Other 2 closely match each other. Pillow came on iwatch, can’t adjust sleep times.
