  • Mandatory profile disappointing

    By Happy Anon
In one of the latest updates, it became mandatory to have a profile name in order to access saved tracks, artists, playlists, etc. Thank you for maintaining the option to share playlists only if you want but it’s ridiculous to HAVE to have a profile name that can be searched for by the public in order to access saved items.
Please change this to all optional. Thanks.

  • Tidal is #1 favorite music app!

    By Roxy Kellie Cook
For approximately two years now, throughout my travels around Northern California’s interior landscape of the Pacific Costal region in the Bay Area and during my homelessness through my journey I never once had any doubt that Tidal has become a destination of great importance for me to regain some comfort and peace from my experience with the traumatic events that occurred during my journey. All hopes and dreams have been fulfilled by listening to this wonderful music application that I greatly appreciate and love to the entire world of music enthusiasts who have helped shape my life with songs that are truly inspiring and touched by their music which demonstrates the incredible power of harmony and freedom throughout my travels.
To this day, Tidal has never once left me disappointed and I thanked my lucky stars with such great affection for the experience I had with Tidal as a wholesome person who had never been so amazed by the beauty of Tidal music with its unique sound effects and unique sound quality that could be heard throughout the day in a busy environment while continuing on the music scene that other people can enjoy the same experience with Tidal.
My hat’s off to Tidal Music who never fails me at all levels of music and for their amazing performance!

  • No Connection-Tap to Refresh.

This app is inconsistent. For no reason whatsoever, music I love will be unable to reach when “No Connection-Tap to Refresh” appears. As someone who Uses this for work, it is utterly frustrating. I try so hard to stay with Tidal, but if these issues don’t get fix, I will move to Apple Music. Unsatisfied.
  • Sound’s markedly better than the usual.

I’d love a less confusing interface, the ability of user-compiled playlists (or am I missing something? If so see the previous note. The ability to evict artists from your playlists altogether. Oh yes: keep up the good work on esoterica, especially advant-garde jazz.
  • Does everything I need.

  • Trying to save everyone some grief

If you’re an audio enthusiast, that is paying top tier price and expecting top tier performance, fair warning: DONT WASTE 5 MINS ON TIDAL. TRY ANYTHING ELSE FIRST. I’m only posting this so others can maybe avoid having the experience I did. The actual music content is good, but every other part of the service, especially anything tech related, is simply horrible. And I’m refraining from suggesting what I switched to in an effort to not sound like I’m advertising-trying to maximize the impact of this message. Especially disappointing bc I really want to support the artists, they deserve to get paid. Happy listening!! (elsewhere 🤞)
