Trace Bust

I cannot make any calls even I have 60 credits, it sends me an error message saying ( the phone number you are calling is restricted number, please try a different number) I did tried all numbers I have but didn’t work, I always get the same error message, this is a waste of time and money.

Hello,
I called a hotel from another hotel. If you are trying to call a cell phone, the carrier may be blocking the call and unfortunately, we cannot do much with this. Try calling from WiFi instead of mobile data and see if this works. Also, you can test with the numbers I used as it is just a hotel, I will add 8 credits to your account for this to test

With all the negative reviews in the last 30 days, plus the free (2) calls deprecation, it is too risky to buy into your pay wall.

I PURCHASED credits through the app/apple store. Credits in which were deducted from my balance that I   N. E. V. E. R.   used!!! I’ve contacted customer support via email as instructed to do so, by JADE! I corresponded with JADE through the in-app live chat! Where she reassured me it would be resolved QUICKLY‼️ That was 3.5 hours ago!!!

I paid $5 for credits. When I try to call it says I need to put a code in and nothing happens. Ima try to get my $ back for this scam

THE APP DOES NOT WORK. IVE PAID FOR 25 eXTRA CREDITS . I MADE ONE PHONE CALL AND IT TOOK 4 CREDITS. ITRIED TO MAKE SEVERAL CALLS AND IT CUTS OFF AND STILL TAKES YOUR MONEY. DO NOT DOWNLOAD .

I accidentally bought $4.99 worth of coins I have no idea why the payment was successful and went through I have no money on my card. Can you please refund the $4.99 so I don’t bounce my bank account.

Paid for credit that I never got to use. The app closes when attempting to call out.

Before the update we were awarded a generous and fair free two calls per day, now we are required to pay for calls at outrageous prices.
